PDCF Board members work collectively to

• Strategically develop and grow the PDCF
• Maintain a high level of accountability to donors, government agencies, and the community at large
• Ensure the effective functioning of Board Committees
• Raise the profile of the PDCF in the community 
• Provide direction to the Executive Director

The PDCF Board meets monthly. All Board members are expected to serve on at least one committee. New Board members will be elected at the PDCF Annual General Meeting in January 2023 for a two-year term.
