The PDCF is taking steps toward reconciliation

  • We are offering opportunities every year for Board and committee members plus representatives from local charities to learn about the Indigenous peoples of Canada and reconciliation
  • We established an annual Indigenous Youth Award in the amount of $4,000 through our partnership with Indspire, a national Indigenous charity.

We enable local charities and community organizations to establish their own endowment fund under the umbrella of the PDCF.

The PDCF is looking ahead

  • With over 20 years of experience, the PDCF has the foundation to explore and implement new approaches in the world of philanthropy including impact investing and trust-based philanthropy

We are governed by a community-based Board of Directors and supported by an Executive Director.
